THIS I BELIEVE…
I believe in a power above us.
I believe in a higher power.
I see life as a sequence of experiences that we can not control. We can control what we say, what we do, how we dress, but we are not entitled to control our life. I don’t want to start an awkward discussion about religion or culture or believes, because I don not thing that that matters. I don’t thing God loves one religion more than others, or some people will have better afterlives than others depending on their believes. Every one of us here on earth is human, we have the same rights and we all want the same things even if we express it in different ways. Happiness, kindness, love, support, contact; we are all looking for the same things in life.

Even though many people might disagree with me, I believe that there is something or someone more powerful than us that guides us thru our lives. It can be called in different ways, can be a God, can be faith, or can simply be a series of actions interrelated that gives meaning to all things in life. We all have a purpose here on earth and we don not have the power or wisdom to know what it is. Some people experience tragedies in theirs lives, some suffer for someone’s loss and some are happy because IT has given him another opportunity in this earth.
What is grief? I have experiences losses and I have felt very bad, but is it grief really a bad or sad emotion we should have? We sorrow someone because we miss that person, because we think that that person still has a lot to experience. But who are we to say when it is enough for someone to live? Who are we to decide how long we should live?

I can spend hours asking questions and listening to extreme accurate answers to all of them, and still I would be convinced that something or someone above is watching us, is taking care of us, and knows when is our time to stop walking among others on this earth.
I don’t want to be controversial, I don’t want to change peoples minds, believes or religions. I want to tell the people that have my same way of viewing life that they are not alone, that they shouldn’t feel bad, that they have to stand on what they truly believe.
